What is your philosophy on player development
I have always considered myself a soccer teacher rather than a soccer coach. My teaching has a specific style that levels well with my core values: demanding strong technical skills foundations and playing intentionally as a team.
What is it about City SC San Marcos that makes you want to coach here?
San Marcos is the community I live in and where my daughters go to school.
