Coachability and determination
What is your philosophy on player development?
My philosophy is to develop a love for playing the game. When we love what we
do we keep coming back. If we consistently play then the probability that we can
succeed is higher and there is a chance that we can achieve something special.
What is it about City SC San Marcos that makes you want to coach here?
I see an organization that has all of the pieces necessary for success. Dedicated
leaders, good facilities, and grassroots level talent.
What Coaching licenses have you held?
USSF E, 11 v 11 License, 4 v 4 License, Grassroots License.
What is your Coaching experience?
My coaching experience includes:
● Competitive Club Soccer from the U9-U12 ages
● H.S. Varsity Soccer- Boys and Girls
● Helped to found Girls HS program Padua Academy, Wilmington, DE -became
nationally ranked
● Coached ODP at the U15 level
● Worked on the business side at the New York Red Bulls, Houston Dynamo, and
Jacksonville Armada.
● I now coach my son’s U8 team!

● H.S. All State and All Conference player
● U.S. Army – Ft Bragg – All Post Team
